This hotel was a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sauna, which were clean and well, maintained. the hot spring bath and public bath were gorgeous and provided a unique and peaceful experience. the private facilities were top, notch, and housekeeping was excellent.

While the staff spoke minimal English, they were kind and patient with us. A check, in handout in English and Japanese could be helpful who are not fluent in Japanese.

The hotel had a nice view of the river which was calming to watch. It was also kept impeccably clean, and the staff really made an effort to be friendly and helpful. My favorite part was the indoor onsen/ public baths. They offered a nice view of the cherry blossom tree, which was a lovely bonus.

There was a big downside to this hotel. They had a strict policy against tattoos in public areas. This meant that I couldn't use the public onsens because I have a large tattoo on my arm. The only solution was to pay extra for a private onsen. It was disappointing to not be able to use all of the facilities without spending more money.

the location is very convenient, close to the town center. the rooms are well-equipped, with a private bath, relaxing seating area overlooking nature, and clean toilet facilities. the staff is also very understanding and made sure everything was taken care of. the outdoor pool, sauna, and onsen were amazing, alongside the private onsen, which could be reserved for a small fee.

It would have been nicer if the staff spoke English more fluently, especially during check-in.

We spent a lovely Christmas break at this hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating despite the language barrier. The private onsen was a highlight, and we enjoyed using it daily. The location near public transportation made it easy to explore nearby cherry blossom sights. The heated outdoor pool was a great way to warm up in the winter weather.

It's unfortunate that those with tattoos can't use the public areas. The language barrier might be a challenge for some guests, but the staff try their best to help.

The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a heated outdoor pool, saunas, and onsen. The room was spacious with a seating area and had a humidifier and fridge. The staff were courteous and provided fresh towels daily. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
